The process and practice is different for everyone, but the focus remains in embracing greater consciousness within our present embodiment, and tuning back into our own-temple, our inner knowledge, our own gifts and passions, our greater purpose, our infinite mind... to try and maintain a finer balance within our own existence and aiming for a greater common reality: Back to your-Self, back to Community, back to Nature.

During a Deep Soul Awareness ©️ session or program, the main focus is to create a safe, protected space, for Soul-to-Soul Communication, and for advanced energy work and guided meditation protocols. During these sessions my work is to help you understand where you're at within your own map and where we're at as a collective, in order to activate the knowledge and energies you/we (I-We-Gaia) need to update or upgrade our consciousness for the next step, or the next level in our journey into a greater reality, whatever that means for you here and now.
The full scope of the DEEP SOUL AWARENESS as a signature program, includes four different kinds of workshops, based on the work of 4 Pillars Principle, so that includes: 1 Soul Work, 2 Embodiment Work, 3 Mind Work, and 4 Dream Work. They also correspond with the four elements, the four sacred values, the four cycles of the moon, etc. In practical terms, this includes the following 4 basic circles/workshops offered monthly, among other LIVE events and group healing / meditation sessions:
1. Deep Soul Awareness Circles (Soul Work)
Where the focus is reconnecting with our own personal magick, and practice/share advanced meditation tools and energy protocols within a safe and protected space.
2. Cosmic Consciousness - Round Table Sessions (Mind Work)
A special space to explore our cosmic mind, the fabric of our reality, our own perception of the infinite, and the expansion of our Collective and Planetary Consciousness. IncludesRound Table means no hierarchy among us.
3. Self Healing Primal Movement (Sacred Movement Meditations) (Embodiment Work)
Deep reconnection through movement to release blocks and stagnant energies, and tune back into our flow. We explore ancestral and contemporary forms of sacred movement meditation, but mostly looking to find our own deep connection and soul expression.
4. Collective Dreaming Circles (Dream Work)
Where we explore Dream Work and Imagination, Lucid dreaming, Social Dreaming, Dream Tending, Interdimensional Weaving, and more! We gather in a relaxed atmosphere to share about our dreams and learn more about different Dream Work methodologies.

My focus is not only in empowering you as individual unique magick beings, but in empowering our COLLECTIVE GROWTH, and expanding our Collective and Planetary Consciousness in harmony with Gaia, creating new fully-aligned business models, New Earth style so to say. I call it Planetary Projects because not every heart-led passion needs to turn into a money-making machine business and make a considerable profit, but sometimes our spirit truly wants to expand on other areas of "business" in the sense of what you keep your Self busy with, and how you bring your true magick to"the real world", working on greater common goals for our shared reality in this beautiful Planetship we call Earth.
Planetary Projects Laboratories is where Deep Soul Awareness meets Conscious Course Creation. DEEP SELF HEALING & GUIDED SELF-THERAPY
The Nomad Lynx Academy started officially in 2018, as the "Online school for Deep Self Healing", offering a different approach as well as complimentary guidance, for people undergoing periods of heavy depression, isolation, and anxiety, and searching for answers beyond popular (yet often shallow and hurtful) psychiatric treatments and modern self-care trends and practices. My original mission was to spread the gospel that Deep Self Healing is available and possible for ANYONE, and not at all a supernatural talent, but instead a VERY NATURAL process.
I expanded my vision to include Soul-Aligned Business Foundations when it became clear that the kind of work I do, as well as my skill set as a healer myself, is of great service especially for other Healers, Artists, Visionaries, or Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs, going through deep changes in their life, and tuning into their greater purpose, who are looking for some guidance and support in their sacred business journey, and needing more practical guidance as to organizing their knowledge and creating a thriving business that allows them to express their spirit.

ABOUT ME
Hi! In case you're reading this far and you still feel like you don't know much about me, here's a quick intro. My name is Flor Adriana Pastor Riande, a.k.a. The Nomad Lynx. I am a Mexican Nomad, currently living in Sacramento, California, a bachelor of International Relations (which we used to call Intergalactic Illusions back in the day), graduated from one of the greatest universities in Mexico City -and one of the best in Latin America and the World, UNAM! (National Autonomous University of Mexico). But apart from academic research, specialized studies, and a brief diplomatic professional life, I am also a devoted cosmic dancer, and an avid student of our minds' paths and connections, apprentice to all things truth and growth, and spiritual gifts and powers.
I have been lovingly and patiently crafting, and curating for many years, all the tools and methods that I am now sharing to the world, integrating different experiences, studies, spiritual practices, research, learning techniques, etc, into my own multidisciplinary and multidimensional approach to mental health and conscious creation, to help you unveil your-own personal magick!
